It Starts With The Catch
Every certified shrimp starts with a registered shrimper. Each catch is logged with boat, waters, and date to ensure traceability from the start.
Each handoff from dock to kitchen is recorded and verified. This prevents fraud and guarantees the shrimp you get is the shrimp that was caught.
Each batch gets a unique QR code that follows it from catch to plate. Scan it to see where it came from and how it got to you—full transparency.
